This is a very interesting topic.
I believe that small scale aquaculture or aquaponics is a great way to reduce your grocery bill or even bring in some extra money.
I am currrently running a small aquaponics setup in my basement and it is working very well. Unfortunately, I only have goldfish in the tank since I have not been able to find a source for either tilapia or yellow perch in the area (Winnipeg, MB).
For some reason I failed to see your comment. If you want to get more information on Tilapia fry supply into Winnipeg let me know. I am be able to help. Thanks and cheers
